We want TeamCeline to make the dreams of the fans who haven't got any credit card come true just by making possible another payment method to become a member of TeamCeline.For example,bank transfer.
At the moment,the payment method to become a member is only by credit card,and I'm so sure much many people all around the world want to be a TC member,people that just haven't got a credit card.
