Anti-corruption deterrent through simple executive action

Under the Indian Constitution, the Parliament and Judiciary work in open with no secrecy. But Executive Branch enjoys right to keep files secret and only the final orders are issued.

This is not covered by any Constitutional Provisions.

During the stage of processing the file needs to be kept secret but once the competent authority issues the order, there is no need for secrecy.

If Government of India Business rules are changed, to say that every non-secret order of the government should be posted along with complete file documents and noting, on a secure web server, then a new chapter in the life of Indians will open.

For the honest there cannot be any objection. For those who tend to abuse the position, this will act as formidable deterrent. Instead of allowing some one to commit a crime and then chase with complicated Act, a mere Executive decision from the Honuorable PM can make this happen.
