Anti-Hummer

The following signatures are to request for common people to not be permitted to buy "Hummers". Unless it is used for business purposes, the "Hummer" has no real use except worsening the global warming situation. These cars have HORRIBLE gas milage. The only reason most people buy them is to make themselves appear rich and succesful(unless it is for business). We sincerely believe that in order to buy one, someone should have to fill out a form stating the purpose for purchasing one that should be approved by the government. It is AWFUL what the "Hummer" does to the environment! In your position of running the country, you should CARE about the state of the Earth and the time it has left. Fullilling our request would show to America that the government actually does care (many people are questioning that now). Please take this into careful consideration.
