We, the undersigned, are opposed to the Youth Outreach Unit of the Blue Springs Police Department using taxpayers money to fund a research program of "Gothic Culture" This program is discriminatory in nature, as it makes the assumption that everyone involved in the Gothic lifestyle is a criminal, or a mentally ill individual, which is untrue.
