Apology and Explanation from Electronic Arts

On December 4, 2009 EA games released the Game "Saboteur" to the European market. Upon release, it was realized that the game's PC variant would not run on the vast majority of computer systems using ATI graphics hardware. EA acknowledged the problem on their online forums and claimed to begin work on repairing the error.
On December 7, 2009 the game was released to the North American market with the error still unresolved. This release was made with the full knowledge that many individuals would not be able to use the product. EA's own online digital download store sold, and continues to sell the game without a prominent disclaimer of any sort. In addition, they have failed to provide any estimate of when customers can expect a patch to be made available that will allow them to use the game.
To this date, (December 10, 2009) EA games has yet to release a formal apology or explanation as to why this game was released in such a condition. It is our right as EA customers who were deceived to demand this apology and an explanation.
