Apology from Mike Riley and the Prem - or ban him from man utds games. - xPetition

The date was 24/10/2004 and the game was Manchester United v's Arsenal, set to be the biggest game in the english football calender. This game was turned into a joke by the appointment of Mike Riley as the referee.
Why Oh Why was this man put in charge when it doesnt take rocket science to figure out that it will cause controversy. His record of 8 pens to Man utd in 8 games is a farse and the premiership should be ashamed of his appointment.
Why wasn't Rio sent off? Why wasn't G.Neville sent off? Why wasn't RVN sent off? How was it a penalty?
Let's get an apology from the prem and Mike Riley or even Ban him from refereeing in Man Utd games for the good of the game.
