Arabic Localization for Mac OS & iPod

Dear Apple Computer..
Please provide us with Arabic localization in future versions of Mac OS and iPod.
Mac OS X 10.3 is localized in English, Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese. Even Finnish and Danish.
So, why no Arabic interface with more than 200 millions people speaking Arabic as native language and thousands of Mac Users in the arabic countries?
It hurts Mac acceptance and overall Apple image here badly! Also, it's unacceptable to use software without Arabic interface in many organizations (such as government & school).
After all - Mac OS X is the only major operating system without full Arabic interface localization (compared to Windows)!
