Whereas the City of London is in the process of updating the Recreation Master Plan and as a result of this process we the residents and others in the Argyle Community request that the City of London recognize the needs of our community for indoor public pool;
And Whereas we in the Argyle Community are an under serviced area in the City with respect to indoor aquatic services;
And Whereas there are recognizable needs for these services especially for the youths and seniors of our community;
And Whereas other areas in the City currently have existing indoor aquatic services.
Therefore, we request that the City of London as part of the Master Plan process recognize the needs of our community and include in the Recreation Master Plan the need for an indoor aquatic pool as part of a multi-use public facility for the Argyle Community.
