Asking for better services from IRCTC

 

Everybody is somehow or other connected to IRCTC or the Indian Railways.  In this world of internet most of us try to connect with the Railways for either our Reservation done or for any other information. And I'm sure everyone has had a bad experience while booking a ticket.   This Petition is for asking better services from IRCTC. We owe better services from Indian Railways or IRCTC. That is our right and we are being kept off those services in the name of server problems. Why can't they upgrade their servers or technology??   Please help spread this and ask for a better experience with Indian Railways while on net.
