Asylum for Snowden

We need to stand up for Snowden as he has not been convicted of anything yet he's been labelled as a fugitive just because he revealed the illegal wrong doings of the US government (Spying). I therefore request the government of India to give asylun to Snowden. Sovereignty, a word that is an important part of our constitution yet our polititions just wag their tails and agree to everything the US says. We are not afraid of the US and its minion countries. All we want is to do what is right and in this case it means protecting an innocent person from it's own corrupt government.
