The Automatic banning system for MapleStory is a major problem. It frequently glitches, malfunctions, and bans people simply for being on the map. There have been several instances of it glitching up and making certain things impossible, a good example being the "Unbeatable" Pink Bean.
I can't recall any time that this system has been effective in actually banning hackers, but I can recall many instances of it banning random people in random maps. Many players are afraid to just log on in fear of somehow getting banned by walking through the wrong map. This has got to stop.
The system has been reigning terror on the community for years now. Even today, people are getting banned at one of the most popular training spots for early 3rd jobbers and late 2nd jobbers. The removal of this system is desperately needed. As paying customers we should not have to worry about getting blocked from the game without a moment's notice.
