Axiom Telecom Customer Services in K.S.A.

I read in your website (www.axiomtelecom.com) that: "The Axiom name is a stamp of quality and originality, and a guarantee of the best after-sales service in the region provided by highly trained professionals.
We are constantly striving to improve our after care services in our service centre (Phone Care) and our Customer Contact Centre. The after sales service offered by Axiom is second to none, not only is your phone covered by a warranty and theft insurance but you also get full data support, 24hour repair and standby phone if it needs to be taken in for further repair".
Unfortunately, this goal has been broken within Axiom Telecom branch in Saudi Arabia, all of problems in the devices that I bought (Nokia, I-mate, Sony Ericsson) during last year takes more than 24 hours and no standby phone is given to me. I sold my used devices because it is under warranty of Axiom Telecom.
Second issue, that devices is bought from UAE can't be fixed under warranty in KSA!. While other competitive companies fixing it.
We are looking forward for a better treatment from K.S.A. branch in the future.
