Ban Bill Bennett's Morning in America From Public Radio

Dear Mr. Bennett





This petition has been formed to protest against verbal destruction, and desecration of the African-American People. We are shocked and appalled at the comments that you stated about blacks and crime and abortion on your radio show. On your radio show dated Wednesday September 28, 2005, you said the following to a caller, "If you wanted to reduce crime, you could -- if that were your sole purpose -- you could abort every black baby in this country and your crime rate would go down. "That would be an impossibly ridiculous and morally reprehensible thing to do, but your crime rate would go down,"





We as African-Americans, blacks, minorities and those who stand for righteousness, truth and justice simply cannot allow for people like Mr. Bennett whose twisted destructed views of how African-Americans should be destroyed and eradicated off of the face of planet earth to continue to rule and reign havoc on Americans radio stations. I ask that the sponsor who sponsors Mr Bennetts Radio Show such as: proflowers.com, Verbal Advantage, And Crosley Radio Corporation should immediately withdraw their support to Mr. Bennett and his Radio Show. We feel that you also should step down from your radio show, or that the syndication should terminate your radio show.





America does not belong to one race of people this country was founded by all races, creeds, and genders of every kind. It was blacks, whites, Indians, Hispanics and others who had a hand in building and shaping America from the beginning of time.





I ask you brothers and sisters to join us in this petition to raise awareness of this potential verbal abuse that has upset and offended many of us as African-American families and as a nation. Our struggle for Civil Rights was started over 40 years ago, and must continue for peace and love for all mankind regardless of race, color, or creed.
