Ban Brettando

We call for Brettando (UK4) to be removed from UK servers and banned from them in the light of revelations that Brettando was given access to all accounts, troop numbers, villages, IGM/MMs on that sever and used info given about Natar numbers and exact release times to gain an unfair advantage over other members.
