Ban Charlie 187 From Runescape

We the undersigned request that the character on your game Runescape known as Charlie187 be permanently banned without right of appeal.

Our reasoning is thus :

1. This player has been banned a large number of times for extreme verbal abuse and this behaviour is still continuing.

2. This player has continued to keylog other players, log onto those players and remove their items.

3. This player has been known to threaten your company with suicide if he is not allowed to continue to play. We regard this as sheer manipulation which would not be available to the majority of other players being banned.

4. As per your own rules set out upon character creation - we feel all players should be treated equally and Charlie187 NOT receive special treatment by being unbanned due to threats of suicide.

5. This player makes a laughing stock of your company by boasting at large about his suicidal threats and claims that due to this he will never be banned no matter what he does.
