Ban Groups Advocating Overriding U.S. Gov. On Campuses

A Petition To Ban The Assembly Of Groups Advocating The Overriding Of The Authority Of The Government Of The United States On Publicly Funded College Campuses

We at ACT for America are serving this petition to UCLA in our effort to ban the assembly of any group advocating the overriding of the laws of the United States Of America with their own set of laws on a publicly funded university such as UCLA. We are specifically sighting the Muslim Student Association in violation of this. They recently held a two day convention calling for its members and converts to engage in what is known as Jihad, a violent means to bring about the end to any law above its own Sharia Law.

Below is the Islamic pledge recited at UCLA's Islamic Conference attended by approximately 700 Muslims. This pledge of Allegiance was recited at the end of the rally with the incitement toward Jihad, another word for terrorist acts taken against any government and its' people that do not conform with its' demands. Sharia Law supersedes all other laws as stated in the Koran (AKA: Quran) and the call for Jihad is a call to transform our society into an Islamic state.

I Pledge: Allah is my lord, Quran is my guide, Jihad is my spirit, righteousness is my character, and paradise is my goal. For I command what is right and forbid what is wrong. I will fight against oppression and will die to establish Islam.

The Muslim Student Association (MSA) was the sponsor of this event, and is known to be a front group for the Muslim Brotherhood with funding coming from Saudi Arabia with ties to numerous terrorist groups around the world that carry out continuous Jihad against America and its' citizens. We demand that they be removed from campus on the grounds that their purpose is to conduct a stealth jihad against America through the indoctrination of our youth on college campuses. Islam is a legal, social, political and totalitarian doctrine wrapped in the cloak of religion.

Common sense dictates that no society can survive advocating its own demise, and as such our publicly funded Universities cannot be allowed to be used for these purposes. Any house divided against itself cannot stand, and as such, no group existing within our borders can be allowed to set itself up to be above the laws of the United States.
