Ban Oldbear

We the undersigned members of the Dodgers.com community respectfully request the moderators of this site to enact the strongest possible measures to ensure that the poster known as Oldbear not return to this site under any screen name. As you know, Oldbear has been a divisive force for several years. He has been tolerated because the community generally allows for a wide variety of opinions. But his recent post criticizing a deceased person who was a beloved part of this community illustrates how little this person brings to the board. From his conduct on the thread in which Dan Evans posted his personal farewell to the community, to his constant insulting of other posters - Oldbear has left no doubt that he comes to this site with a clear intention to offend. This site is an important part of the Dodger experience for many of us. Please help to keep it that way by ridding the board of this malignant presence.
