Ban the TV show "Hogan's Heroes"

We beg of corporate media owners everywhere to cease and desist all broadcasts of the Television programme entitled "Hogan's Heroes". The show makes light of a an intensely serious period in Earth's history that is World War 2, and a sensitive topic for many citizens and their family, friends and other living associates. This irresponsible behaviour is assumed to be directly responsible for the potential mental anguish of said citizens. As further salt in the wounds of WW2 survivors, the programme uses a scenario that occurred ONLY 70 years ago. We feel that jokes on this topic are too soon, and put forth the recommendation that humour based on real-life events be restricted to a more appropriate cool-down period, such as 5-6 thousand years. This way, we can reduce the chance of anyone being offended by such sensitive topics.
