We the undersigned are appalled that Hampshire County Council is cutting its bus subsidy budget by half a million pounds. Basingstoke residents will suffer disproportionably as we will shoulder around 25\% of these cuts but only make up 12\% of the countys population. Many parts of Basingstoke will have a bus curfew from around 7pm onwards. We call on Hampshire County Council to reconsider its decision.

This town is growing, Increase services not kill the service. You must feed the shopping centre and restaurants etc for the Town to prosper. If late services are done away with our social life will halt as we will not taxi back due to the queue's and cost

Why do we have to pay for the facilities in Basingstoke through council tax when because of the ever reducing bus service (particularly evenings and weekends) we are then unable to use them. Isn't use of public transport supposed to be being encouraged?

I'm now totally cut off from buses which I used to use in early evenings after work. Nearest bus stop on Jazz 5 route is now 30mins walk away. Disgusted.
