SR INTENDENTE DE SAN ISIDRO DR GUSTAVO POSSE:
Pedimos que en en el Partido de San Isidro
se termine absoluta e inmediatamente de matar perros y gatos como metodo para controlar su poblacion, y se implementen Programas de ESTERILIZACIONES MASIVAS, GRATUITAS, EXTENDIDAS Y SOSTENIDAS EN EL TIEMPO.
Realizandolas de manera efectiva, esto es en numero tal que
logre un impacto en la poblacion de animales ( 70 \% de la poblacion estimada, mantener esta Tasa de Impacto por 6 meses, y luego un ritmo constante y permanente del 30\% de la poblacion
estimada). Esto debe ser realizado en las zonas carenciadas del Municipio
para ser efectivo. De no ser asi, todo intento de control efectivo, fracasa.
Sabemos que el Municipio cuenta con profesionales sanitaristas de primer
nivel, tal como es el Dr Hirsch, Secretario de Salud del Municipio.
Por lo tanto pedimos que Zoonosis pase a ser un efector mas del
excelente sistema de salud que posee el Municipio y que profesionales
expertos como el Dr anteriormente nombrado lo tome en sus manos.
Y tambien le pedimos Sr Intendente que a pesar suyo corte por lo sano,
y retire del Centro de Zoonosis los elementos que tubieron su oportunidad
pero no supieron o no quisieron resolver el problema: tal es el Sr. Veterinario Pablo Hernandez.
El Pueblo Soberano se lo pide.

We people ask to stop killing dogs and cats as a method to control population, an to set in motion SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAMS, do them properly, having 70\% of estimated population spay/neutered as an impact rate maintained for six months, that will bring mesurable results at the short time, then the rate can be lowered at 30\% of the estimated population as a maintaining rate. The program to be successfull has to be focussed on the
poorest city zones. If not the all program flunck.
We know you have excellent professionals working with you, such as Public Health Secretary Dr Hirsch. So we ask to let him the commitment to carry on this program, because of his expertise and knowledge about Public Health,
and strong moral principles.
We also ask you, Mr Counsil Posse, to remove from public administration
people who was in charge and didnt get a solution, although he has
all the resourses of the City at his hands and was his responsability, both
for unkowledge or uncaring, and we are sorry to say that person is Veterinary Pablo Hernandez.
We Citizens ask You.
