Nous, signataires de cette pйtition, prйtendons que Sйbsatien Ricard est un imposteur qui a pris la place du vrai Batlam au sein du groupe Loco Locass, ce dernier йtant dйcйdй dans un accident de moto. Nous soupзonnons mкme Ricard d'avoir orchestrй le meurtre de Batlam, dйguisй en accident, et d'кtre un agent de la GRC qui espionne un groupe Sйparatiste, comme celа s'est vu du temps de Felquistes.

Cette pйtition а pour but de demander aux autoritйs compйtentes et concernйs de faire toute la lumiиre sur les liens obscurs qui unissent Sйbastien Ricard et Batlam.
