Bedford Primary School - Request to Enforce Bedford Code Education Contract

As is stated in the Bedford Code, Article IV. Public Schools and Educational Programs:
Educational services must be provided on both College Street (Bedford Primary School) and Burks Hill Road (Bedford Elementary School).
According to Bedford Code, Article IV., Section IV [Automatic Renewal of Agreement], [Sec.] 4.01. Terms of Agreement:
The term of this agreement shall be in effect four fiscal years beginning July 1st 1988 and continuing as an automatically renewing perpetual agreement for each fiscal year unless terminated as herein provided. The city council or the county board of supervisors may terminate this agreement, effective at the end of any fiscal year by giving written notice of such termination NOT LESS than three years prior to the proposed termination date; provided, however, this agreement shall not terminate prior to June 30, 1996.
We, the undersigned, concur that Bedford Primary School on College Street must and should provide educational services, per this contract, unless and until, the contractual terms have been fully executed and a no less than three year written termination notice has been given.
We are concerned citizens and wish for the Bedford City Council, as well as, all local government boards and agencies to uphold and enforce the aforementioned contract.
