Birthday HOLIDAY request

I think all people across the globe should have a day off when it's their birthday. Of course you must have legal documentation stating whether or not it is your birthday. It should be one of those "It's my birthday I should be able to do whatever I want and not have to work or go to school".

But you would be responsible for catching up on the work you missed.

This would apply to those who work OR go to school.
