"This child should be with her capable and stable Aunt. Why is outside placement even being considered when there is blood relatives who definately are capable and want to care for her? It is not right to keep her away from her family."

"Family should be the first ones asked about the welfare of a child. If a family member can and will take a child and the home is seen as fit, the chil should stay with family. Better for the child. Also the county does not have to use money for this child"
