Boycott My PSP Tubes

We, The licensee's of MyPSPTubes, would like a change made to the Current Terms of Use set forth by MyPSPTubes.com. We feel our rights as valid license holders are being violated and our freedom's being disregarded by the Term listed below:

6. i) All signature tags, comments, tutorial graphics or any other graphics created using My PSP Tubes Tubes and Products will NOT be allowed to be uploaded and hosted on free image hosting internet websites (e.g. Photobucket, Pando, Rapidshare, Flickr, Yahoo, etc.) or uploaded to an online gallery or social forum (Deviant Art, MySpace, Hi 5, etc.) that can be accessed by the general public. This includes, but is not limited to, blank tags, comments, graphics, codes, layouts or any other My PSP Tubes Tube or Product. (see also (ii) below).

ii) My PSP Tubes Tubes and graphics created from them will be required to be hosted on your own website's server or our own free image hosting website www.CreativeUploads.com (this term will only apply once Creative Uploads is live. All tutorial images will be allowed to be hosted elsewhere until this term comes into effect).


Until this term has been revised to allow for user choice of hosting site, I will be boycotting MyPSPTubes and encouraging my groups and peers to do the same. As honest PSP'er's we respect the artists and their rights and we expect the licensing company that represnts them to treat us, their customers, with the same respect. We understand that illegal use of pay-to-use tubes and images is unacceptable, however, we feel that this will not put a stop to the illegal use and sharing, and it will only effect the people that are currently following the terms of use set out by MyPSPTubes.com previous when our tubes/images were originally purchased.
