We, through this petition want to express our concern and wishes that OnGame do not be the official representation of Mu Online on Brazil. Because of the lack of quality in the services offered by OnGame in other OnLine Games. That lack of quality in other games lead us to believe that their work with Mu Online won't be any different. OnGame has serius flaws in consumer service, manteinence of games and commercial relationship with clients. Mu Online is a game with great potencial in brazillian market and this potencial can be ruined if the service, or company responsible, do not meet the demand with quality of work.
