Breaking the Glass Ceiling

By signing this petition I am stating that I agree the Glass Ceiling is present in the workplace. I understand women are treated unequally in both the job selection procedure and in payroll. I do feel that there needs to be a non biased job selection process and it is the responsibility of companies to make sure employees are paid based on job performance, experience, and level of difficulty instead of gender. Often women are paid less for doing equal or better work than their male counterparts. I feel this is unjust and must absolutely stop.
