We the undersigned call on the Irish government to make BreastCheck, available to all women regardless of location in Ireland.
Breastcheck, the breast cancer screening programme is about saving womens lives. Each year about 650 women die from breast cancer in Ireland. A sizeable number of these deaths could be prevented if periodic screening and diagnosis identifies the problem early enough. Yet Breast Check is only available in certain parts of the country.
