I sat on my bed and I played it and I thought the game was so cool,It had good graphics, easy levels, fun and humour, ideas, hundreds of levels and a great storyline. When I finished it I started agian and finished it once more.I done the same process up until 1999.That was the year that Spyro Gateway to Glimmer(Ripto's rage) was released in the shops.I got it for my birthday and I was so excited as the game had new characters, new skills, more bad guys,Avalairs who will help you,Orbs,talismans,Mini-games and lots more!!
What can I say I loved it.
The next year it was the millenium and I hoped there would be another Spyro game. Then in September of that year I saw it in a shop and I bought it straight away.got home watched the little tapes on it,found out there were characters you could control, better music,Hunter was back,Moneybags was back the fun was back!!
I finished it and then the next year the PS2 arrived in the world.Kids were scrambling to get them.I got mine at Christmas day and a couple of new games with it,it didnt even keep me amused.
Later that year I found another Spyro game, except it was for PS2.I payed my 40,took it home and played away.
I knew right away it wasn't the same.It didnt have good graphics,no decent music, too bright, spyro was slow and there was not as much gems in it.I admit I cried. After that there was another spyro game for PS2(A hero's tail)
I bought it and I knew when it was loading that Spyro was finshed.I then looked on the Web and saw that Ismoaics(sp) had sold all rights of Spyro to Universal Studios.I then saw on the spyro website that there might not be another Spyro game being released.I got emails from Spyro fans and we all thought of an idea.We would make a petition and send it to Universal Studios and hopefully they will create another Spyro game for PS or PS2 with good graphics and the old characters, because I know that Spyro is still in all of our hearts and we would be grateful if you would do it for us.
