And, yet, in face of all this, Starbucks has dropped sugar-free mocha from its menu of flavors! Still craving a tasty iced venti mocha? Add 140 calories if you want it from Starbucks, pal. The official word, courtesy of Starbucks' customer service line, is that it was dropped due to lack of demand. Well, color me skeptical--does Starbucks know something that Caribou Coffee, Coffee Beanery, and Biggby's (all of whom offer sugar-free mocha) don't?
The charming lady on the line offered to document my protest, and it occurred to me that there might be a better way to get their attention, so here it is. For the sake of (relatively) healthy good taste, I ask you to add your name here and let the Powers That Be at Starbucks that we care about good taste and lowfat beverages.
