If there is one thing that attracts people to the V8 Supercar circus, it's the thrill and excitement of watching these 600hp beast roar around the track at speeds up to 300km/h!
Yet there seems to be a few people amongst the powers that be who think otherwise.
You seem to think that the loyal supporter of the mighty V8's want to see them sitting in pit lane doing nothing.
You seem to think that we want to walk along a strip of bitumen with thousands others, squashed like a sardine, to catch a 5 second glimpse of a car that is designed be tearing up the same bitumen at break neck speeds.
You seem to think that being able to get a 2 second 'meeting' with some of the countries best drivers is better bang for your buck than watching 20 minutes of cars going fast.
Well, you are wrong!
We want to see the V8 Supercar drivers doing what they do best, driving a V8 Supercar to the limit!
All of the signatures you see here on this petition are in agreeance with our plea to bring back warm up sessions for ALL rounds of the V8 Supercar Championship. Please, listen to the people who support this fantastic series for once.
