Bring Back Valentin Dmitrovich Zukovsky!

We, the undersigned, wish to correct an unfortunate turn of events regarding future episodes of the James Bond movie franchise. In the film "The World Is Not Enough" (1999), the character of Valentin Dmitrovich Zukovsky, as portrayed by British actor Robbie Coltrane, was unceremoniously killed off in the film's climax.
We feel that this was a very premature end, particularly considering the potential to become a charismatic and unforgettable recurring character. Valentin Dmitrovich Zukovsky is a scoundrel, profiteer, and womanizer, and as such is a perfect counter to the James Bond character.
Bring back Valentin. His return could be easily accomplished, as his "death" was merely implied by what was seen onscreen. For all we know, he was merely wounded and passed out. Movie characters in hundreds of films (including the Bond series) have come back from less, with little or no ill-effects.
Bring back Valentin. Even if briefly for one or two more films. As a former intelligence agent himself, he has provided Bond with invaluable information in the past; he could do it again.
Bring back Valentin!
