Bring back Xaphon Mendicant!

Residents of Second Life-







Xaphon Mendicant, an experienced prim builder, has been permanently banned from the virtual world of Second Life for an unfair, yet necessary act of land theft.







Xaphon was involved in releasing land, from a group called Space Monkeys, to himself.







However, the ban was unjust, as this land releasing is not at all against the Terms of Service that Linden Lab, the creators of Second Life, had written. Xaphon was an officer of the group Space Monkeys, and thus trusted with the land since the beginning.







Xaphon offers to return the land on the signing of this petition and the un-banning of his account.







He is a true loss to the residents of Second Life that knew and trusted him, and the return of him would be wonderful.







Sweet Surface (the player author of this petition) and many other residents ask that you please hear the call to return Xaphon Mendicant to Second Life, where he really belongs. Thanks.
