Dear GenCon LLC & Star Wars Fanclub,
Like many Star Wars fans in Europe, it pains me we never get a chance to be at such a great convention as Celebration. Besides the distances, our resources are often lacking to undertake such a journey.
Hence we are left to wonder why these events are always US exclusives? Why can't we have a Celebration like this in Europe? If we had a convention of this magnitude in say, London, we'd be able to attend, meet other fans, see Star Wars actors, buy exclusive merchandise and feel part of the great fandom called Star Wars, instead of feeling excluded now.
Of course a lot of time is needed to plan such an event, but we are sure that if an event were announced and organized later on this year, many Europeans would be thrilled to go there. If it were the European counterpart of the US C3, it would be an amazing success, no doubt about that. It's strange that no-one ever thinks about the fans in Europe. Hasbro leaves us out when it comes to collectibles, the fanclub when it comes to memberships and organizers when it comes to conventions. It would be nice if we were recognized for a change.
Thank you for reading our petition, we can only hope we will soon be enjoying ourselves at our own Celebration 3 and other official conventions within our European borders.

Hold two Celebrations if you need to, but please show a little more respect for your legion of European fans and let us experience such a great event without having to fork out $/пї1,000s. Let's leave that money for merchandise and cinema tickets ;).

As alot of the movies were filmed in the uk it is only fitting that a Celebration should be held here. It would be a sell out !!
