To get Primark to invest in a great town
Rhyl is and always has been a centre for holiday makers on the North Wales coast but with a large and growing population we need major stores as well
But with Marks & Spencers deciding not to renew their lease on a substantial town centre premises We are left with a gaping hole in the town centre
With Primark here it would not only keep the Town centre active, it would also bring trade from a wider area as it has done with Wrexham
So leave your name on this petition and maybe the people who make the decisions will look on our town in a new light
