We, the undersigned, believe that an SM Town concert should be brought to Chicago, Illinois, where it will not only prove to be beneficiary to SM Entertainment artists, but also to the popularity of K-Pop in the United States. The Hallyu wave in America is just starting, but it's starting off with a bang. The first SM Town concert in Los Angeles on September 4th, 2010 was a great success, receiving lots of love from fans on the West Coast of the US. The SM Town concert in New York on October 23rd, 2011 also shows how the popularity of K-Pop is on the rise. As a result, we believe hosting an SMTown Concert in Chicago will offer a once in a life time opportunity to SM Entertainment fans in the Midwest as we are unable to attend concerts held in Los Angeles or New York. This will give more fans a chance to interact with their favorite SM Entertainment artists and groups up close and personal. With Chicago being the 3rd largest city in America, we believe that Chicago has the best potential to act as a destination for SM Town. Please bring SMTown LIVE! to Chicago, Illinois for a concert in 2012!
