The Bold and The Beautiful is the most watched televsion show on the planet with 100 markets and several hundred million viewers. Recently it has undergone major cast changes to bring in some of the world's most popular acting talent, including two popular British actors. It is a show that has launched the careers of many talented actors and it has won numerous awards around the world.
In the UK its recent axing has outraged fans. We, the undersigned, strongly urge any suitable free-to-air UK televsion network to consider broadcasting The Bold and The Beautiful again. By not currently screening the show it is more than a lost revenue opportunity it is a lost opportunity to gain a more favourable reputation.
Please consider this as a matter of urgency and broadcast episodes (from episode #3652) during weekday afternoons, starting by September 2004. We, the undersigned support this petition and will regularly watch the show if it is broadcast from then. More details are available on the site mentioned below (Insomnia) from late July 2004.
