Bring the entire first decade of Coronation Street (1960-1970) out on dvd (episode 1 - episode 1000).

We the undersigned request that the entire first decade of Coronation Street (1960-1970) be brought out on dvd. We want it from episode 1, broadcast on 9th December 1960 up until episode 1000, broadcast on 24th August 1970.

We don't for one minute expect you to bring the entire first decade out on dvd in one go, 100 episodes at a time (10 boxsets) will do very nicely and suits us all. Eventually we would like the entire first decade available in all good retail stores for the British Public to buy, but you aren't miracle workers we realise that. Certain projects take longer than others.

Please give this petition some consideration because you will make a profit from customers, who are desperate to see this once great soap from the very beginning.
