Bring the Noggenfogger Elixir Back
Prior to 2.0.1 patch, Noggenfogger Elixir had no cooldown and had 2 minutes of slowfall. After the 2.0.1 patch the Noggenfogger Elxir was changed to a 2 minutes cooldown and 15 seconds slowfall.Please... continue reading »
