Bristol Rovers were promised an extra 5000 tickets if they sold their initial allocation of 35000 tickets. Wembley Stadium then decided to withdraw these tickets due to segregation concerns even though the middle block of Wembley Stadium will be near empty because of the club Wembley scheme. This means that many 1000s of fans will be unable to attend one of the biggest games in their club's history even though there will be well over 10000 empty seats.
Therefore we want:
1) Wembley Stadium to allow Bristol Rovers the 5000 tickets
2) Address the problem with the middle tier being empty in the near future
