BURTON Riders in Romania

We've all seen BURTON Team Riders "doing their thing" on DVD's or Photos took all over the world...now we would like to see them right in front of our eyes here in Romania. It's true that we don't have snow-parks or slopes like other nations and that we're almost unknown on the map of snowboarding but that doesn't mean we can't do anything about it.
Think about the lesson of snowboarding that we could take from a PRO at Burton LTR or competitions like Freakstyle, Summer-Jib, Malin or City-Slide now when snowboarding is on an ascendent trend.
Here's what happened in 2003:
In Jan. 2003 BURTON Team riders Mikey Rencz and Donny Ellis visited Romania accompanied by Senior photographer Jeff Webb and Finnish Rider Tapio Kuusakoski for a story on Snowboarding in Romania (Snowboard Canada Magazine). Mikey Rencz declared then: "Our trip to Romania blew me away, I didn't expect there to be such huge mountains, and great terrain to ride"
It shall happen again!
