Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) funds are being used to finance SCCA Pro Racing and SCCA Enterprises and have been for several years.
MEMBERS, do you want YOUR SCCA Club dollars going to SCCA Pro or to SCCA Enterprises? When you ask for information, do you get complete and informative answers from the SCCA Directors about the Club Finances? IF NOT, exercise your right and request a special meeting of the SCCA on the subject of Club Finances [as outlined in the Bylaws]. ASK Questions, learn, decide and vote on the uses of your SCCA Club Funds.
SCCA Bylaws, Section 2. Special Meetings. Special meetings of the club may be called at any time by the Board of Directors on its own motion, and must be called by the Board of Directors on petition of at least 6 per cent of the total Regular Members of the Club.
We, the REGULAR MEMBERS of the SCCA, request that the Board of Directors call a special meeting on the subject of Club Finances.
