Canada needs the Death Penalty

In cases when a life has been taken, when there is NO DOUBT of guilt, we the undersigned demand the death penalty to be reinstated. It should also be considered in cases of child sexual abuse and rape, again when guilt is undeniable. We now have DNA evidence assisting us to be accurate without a doubt.
People commit heinous crimes in Canada and all we do is incarcate them, where we feed, house and educate them. We take care of their dental, their health and prescriptions, in fact our inmates live at a higher standard than many of our law abiding citizens, such as the working poor and the elderly on fixed incomes. This is wrong.
Canadians do NOT want to support murderers with our tax dollars, Canadians do NOT want to see murderers turned out to reoffend. Canadians are tired of seeing these people walk away from the tragedy and suffering they have caused the victims and their families and continue with their lives, after taking someone else's.
We need an effective way to deter these criminals and prevent, 100%, ANY chance of them reoffending. Bring in the death penalty for murderers.
