Cat Stevens is not only an excellent musician, but a great man. He has made man achievements including the man of peace awars in 2004. He has written an dsong over 50 songs including my favorite song "Tuesday's Dead". Cat is a man of great respect and honor, it was very infortunate for him to be blocked from coming the America last year because he was accused of being a terrorist. First, how can anyone think such a man of peace of being a terrorist? Even while he has his own charity "Small Kindness". Second, they only said that they found his name on a list of people who donate to terrorist groups, even if that is true it can not be entirely his fault, his name could've been added there by someone else so something bad would happen to him. Or he could've signed it without knowincg what it was, he should be more careful of what he signs. Either way, he should be allowed back into America. Cat is a wonderful man who deserves to be able to go wherever he wants. He has inspired me to do many things I would've thought I was incapable of, including starting a band called "Tuesday's Dead" and write this essay of course. I don't know what I would do without my friends here at catstevens.com, this is a great site. I"m sure Cat would be very proud, I wonder if he ever visits this site? Althought he runs his own site www.yusufislam.org.uk/ where I found the lyrics for Indian Ocean. In conclusion, Cat Stevens is no normal human, he is a musician, a man of peace, and a legend. And a true legend deserves his own day, he has done more than his share to contribute to this world and certainly deserves his own day. A day to honor Cat and all he's done to humanity. So please sign this petition to make Cat Day possible!
