Cavalier Telephone's Billing & DSL Performance

Any Cavalier Telephone customers with DSL that do not get anywhere near the 10MB performance. Also Any CavTel Customer that is sick of paying $18.00 a month in fees that were not disclosed in their advertising.
Basically I want Cavalier to give me bandwidth that at least approaches 10MB/s. When I first got the service, I called their tech support, they made some internal changes and my bandwidth was about 6-7MB/s. Now I am lucky to get 2MB/s. I called them again to get my speed up to spec and they said they are doing the best they can. For one thing, I know they can do better.
I feel like this has been a bait and switch. The changeover was anything buy seamless.
