We, customers of the REAL NETWORKS (www.real.com) 24/7 LIVE Big Brother Video Feed, supplied by CBS Television (www.CBS.com) are the victims of FALSE INTERNET AND TV ADVERTISING.
The "Big Brother 7: All Stars" Program advertises that when you purchase the live feed service from REAL NETWORKS, you can watch the house guests 24/7. 24/7 is recognized as 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The live feeds are not 24/7, they are blocked for several hours each day by one of two things. A) A video of a fire effect generated by Adobe After Effects. B) A Video of roughly 20 trivia questions, that plays in an infinite loop.
By not supplying paying consumers with the advertised hours of house guest video, we are victims of FALSE ADVERTISING.
