Change Excel Default Alignment from Bottom to Top

Since the beginning of time, Microsoft Excel has made vertical cell alignment "Bottom" the default alignment when starting a new Excel spreadsheet. Bottom alignment is not natural, and should be changed to Top alignment. Sign this petition to let Microsoft know that you will no longer suffer the tyranny of "Bottom" alignment. We want change, and we want it now.
