Change MTV's Name

MTV no longer knows anything about music. The television station has long forgotten about its roots and has become a very distasteful mockery of American Society. The label of Music Television is a misrepresentation and the network needs to stop promoting itself as such. MTV calling itself music television is like McDonalds claiming they are an Italian restaurant. Make MTV change their name!

Keeping the MTV name with the Real..., er Fauxality crap instead of Music makes as much sense as keeping The Nashville Network name with Spike programming.

I agree that the word "music" no longer represents the channel. Perhaps , they could be RTV(reality television). This would be a much improved moniker, in my opinion.
