change the 3 strikes law

the three strikes law is a harsh an inhumane death trap that is punishing more petty crime offenders than murderers, child molesters, and rapists, that already carrie life sentences, it needs to be changed or discontinued, at the least give an opertunity to expunge a strike from there record by sertain program completions and or porole, or probation completion, so our prisons don't over flow, we should spend more money helping homeless, fixing potholes in or streets, or katrina victems, and spend less on building newer high tech jails and prisons, leaving fewer tax dollors for other needed improvments in our comunities.
