This is a petition to request that NCsoft rethinks its policy on player hacking incidents and customer support in general.
This petition is directly aimed at getting NCsoft to take more responsibility for player hacking incidents that take place within the Lineage II game world.
Hacking has now become a daily occourance, and as soon as hackers are supposedly banned from the game more just get new accounts. The same happens with farmers in game, if something is not done soon the whole Lineage II community will be empty except for the last few hardcore farmers.
Something needs to be done, and it needs to be done now.
Ideally NCsoft will rethink its player reimbursement policy when hackings are involved, also NCsoft would consider hiring more GMs in game who have more power to help players, and have faster and more frequent communication with the support dept to allow faster and better support for ALL players.

In addition to the problems posted, there is also the lack of re imbursment for items and adena lost within the game from being hacked. As a pay to play game, meaning we have to pay NCsoft to play this game
